Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to The Cherron within 7 days of receipt (weekends are included in this count), provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned, you will be entitled to a store credit. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

The Cherron reserves the right to return items to the customer if items are returned outside of this time period. Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

The Cherron is not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, tags removed, or are not in the original condition. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear, odor, or makeup. 

The Cherron can offer a store credit (excluding cost of shipping) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with tags intact. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides proof of postage, as The Cherron is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive the return, for it to be processed.
